Returns & Exchanges:
At FootDuo, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you get no surprises when your order arrives. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re ordering.
Order cancellation policy:
We are proud of how quickly we are able to process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@footgo.uk as soon as possible.
The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is essential that you contact us during this window so we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No cancellation request can be accepted once your order has already been processed.
Incorrect address:
It is your responsibility to check that this address is correct and to contact us very quickly with any change. A change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, these parcels may be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you either a refund of your order less shipping costs, or a re-shipment, as you prefer.
You are not eligible for re-shipment or a refund of your order until your parcel has been received back by the sender.
Return policy:
We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are unhappy or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the moment you receive your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us at contact@footgo.uk to start the return process.
Delivery:
- Dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
- Delivery within 7 to 10 working days.
- May take up to 12 working days during a promotional offer or event.
