Refund Policy

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We process and ship all orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee any change or cancellation once your order has been placed.

If you would like to change or cancel your order: contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at contact@footgo.uk

We will do our utmost to change or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

To speed up the processing of your request, put « Cancel my order » in your email subject line, along with your full name and order number in the body of the email.

Return and Refund Policy

If your order has already been shipped, rest assured you can make a return for a refund, subject to the rules below.

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days, with the exception of personalised items.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The parcel’s delivery label must also be present and intact.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return once the item has been used.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Digital books
  • Personalised items with printing are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of an error on our part.
  • Gift cards

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within one week.

Shipping costs can only be refunded if you withdraw before the parcel is dispatched.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Processing usually takes 7 to 14 working days

Sale items (where applicable)

Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If so and you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@footgo.uk

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@footgo.uk and we will give you the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse able to receive returned parcels.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we recommend using a delivery service that lets you track the parcel or taking out shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
