No personal information of the user of the FootDuo site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold in any form to third parties. Only in the event of the sale of the FootDuo site and its rights would FootDuo be authorised to pass on the said information to the potential buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to retain and amend the data with regard to the user.
